Highlighting Vulnerability to Build Connection

Growing up, I faced abandonment, neglect, and abuse.

I carried the weight of feeling unimportant and, at times, fraudulent, even though I was always able to uplift others.

I could magnify their brilliance and leave them better, but I never allowed anyone to do that for me.

For so long, I avoided asking for support, hiding behind the idea that needing help would make me seem weak.

It wasn’t until I began embracing my connection with the Big Energy—the divine, the universal force of love and creation—that I realized I was worthy of the same care I had been giving others.

Vulnerability, I learned, is not a sign of weakness.

It’s a bridge to deeper connection.

It requires immense self-love and trust, not just in others but in yourself.

I know I’m not alone in this.

So many of us women have been conditioned to believe that asking for support is a sign of failure, that we must carry everything alone.

But the truth is, vulnerability is the ultimate strength.

It’s in those moments of allowing ourselves to be seen, in our imperfect beauty, that we truly connect and become whole.

And it’s why I created MistressMind Assemblies and Driven Women Assemblies—safe spaces for women to be celebrated, supported, and held accountable, without fear of judgment.

I want to invite you to step into this space with me, not just as someone seeking support but as a woman who has so much to offer, and to receive.

We’re in this together.
