What does is mean to “resource self”?
Simply, to acknowledge and embrace (and exploit) all the skills, experience, knowledge, education, wisdom, and Energy that You bring to every table that will positively influence whatever it is.

Self-Actualizing Humans usually have this list at hand and mind and if you only included the ones that can be measured, you are normal ~Welcome!
When we are trying to resource ourselves, when we proclaim our brilliance, Women often consider ourselves Egotistical, even narcissistic, yes? Resonates, doesn’t it?
I Know I have mad skills and talents so wonderful that I am uniquely irreplaceable, BUT – I can’t actually SAY THAT, can I?
I’m here to remind us that only when we don’t proclaim All of Me, will we feel less than our Whole Self and generally be less resourced than we should be.
So. How do Women Resource without triggering Ego? Is that really possible? Maybe the primary question is this: Is my Ego Healthy in its Service to My Whole Expression of Me? Wow ~ now, that’s a question!
Think about a Woman who exudes confidence in her very presence and appears so put together that you just want to be around her, share her Energy and air, learn and grow under her Loving influence.
As soon as you have that Woman in your mind and heart, ask one question: Is She Perfect?
Are you giggling and shaking your head a little in knowing that she definitely is not perfect—but, she is who You Esteem because she is authentically herself, even when she hides all her flaws.
Hmmmm … what about that? How we esteem women who are imperfectly perfect is exactly how we create a foundation to Esteem Self. Makes sense, right?
If we pivot on everything we Love about the other, we may start seeing reflections of Self in that other. Being part of a group of Women who want you to stand in your own brilliance as they stand in theirs is a great way to Resource Yourself and be vulnerable enough to accept the Resources we all have for you.
